Sorry need more info, barely runs?
There is a lever entering the gearbox that the clutch cable attaches to, this has adjustment nuts on it. Good luck.

It is time to replace your clutch assembly and reface or change the flywheel. you may be able to do some adjustment but it will not last for long.

would suggest have it stripped down now why you still have some use left in clutch you dont want to wait until it locks up completely as may cause more damage

Carbeurator problems

Cold starting problems from a carbureted engine? Bet if you get your choke adjusted right, it will solve it. If you can screech the tires, this Tercel may be worth saving!
Just get a mechanic friend or pay someone to fix the choke. Doesn't take a long time if you know how. If you've never adjusted or worked on one, it's not so fun. Hard to explain too. The choke plate or flap should be almost closed completely when starting. Soon as engine is cranked or running, the plate should open a small amount more, but still nearly closed. Then as engine warms, the plate should gradually open until it is completely open after about 5-10 minutes. The choke cuts off the air supply to the engine. A cold engine needs a richer gas mixture to run good, and most importantly to start easy.

How do I adjust the clutch? Clutch engages when

A high clutch pedal is good.
There should only be about a half inch of pedal freeplay, before you start to feel resistance.
So the clutch should not engage until it is almost fully released, near the top.
The makes shifting the easiest.

If the shifting is difficult when cold, then put the transmission in neutral and let the clutch out when you warm up the engine.
That will warm up the transmission oil.

Of course you could also check the transmission oil level and change it.
But your question makes me believe you may need more experience on a stick shift. Make sure you do the H pattern carefully, and do not get lazy and turn it into an X pattern.

Loss of clutch pedal barely disengages at very

either the clutch is past its sell by date or the slave cylinder arm needs adjusting or the master cylinder needs replacing ,if its a cable it may need adjusting as well,if you are not sure how to go about this then ask a local mechanic if its possible to adjust the clutch ,if its easy they may not even charge you more than a cup of coffee

Is clutch adjustable? Engine revs, but barely moves

it's not if you have hydraulic system.
check to see if the clutch pedal is firm and has pressure
start your engine, depress the clutch pedal and put it in gear
if it goes in gear easily and the car won't move then you need clutch

1994 c280 2 a/c fans stay on when a/c is off

The fans don't run until car hits certain temps when warm. They are timed. Shouldn't be running constantly, only when car idles for very long time should they come on.

If it barely ever comes on when idleing, the relays or temp sensor could be shot.
