Yank it off with a big pair of ViceGrips, and put a new one on.

How do you replace an oil pump on 2002 Chevy trailblazer

The engine is shot. Throwing an oil pump on it , is throwing away money and time. Oil pumps rarely go bad. Pull the oil cap, if the is sludge on it, it is way worse inside the engine. You'll clean it and slap on a pump. Only to find out the crank bearings are worn out and it starts knocking. Change the oil, add oil additive to it and drive it till it dies. Then scrap it or replace the engine.

What causes yellow gunk in the oil cap on my 2004 chevy trailblazer

Could be a leaking head gasket or intake gasket.
The gunk is water or coolant. Water if the engine never warms up, coolant if there is a leak.

How to change the oil in a 2002 chevy trailblazer

Get the oil, and filter first then get it up on jack stands. On the side of the oil pan is a 15mm bolt, remove that bolt and drain the oil. Once that is done put the bolt back in and tighten it up. Next locate the oil filter and spin off counter clockwise, let all the oil drain and then take the new filter and dab a little of the used oil on your finger and smear it on the new seal for the new filter. Tighten up the new filter and then take the car off the jacks. Pop the oil filler cap and add oil. Once you have done that start the car for 60 seconds then turn it off and check your oil level. Add more oil if needed. Then your done.

Where is the oil filter located on my 2010 V6 Camry

Not to be mean... But if you can't locate the oil filter cartrige housing, which is located beside the engine, toward the top side of the engine bay, with the round cap that has a oil can stamped on it... Maybe you should have a certified Toyota mechanic service your car. Not all cars have a visible "Spin on" traditional oil filter. Newer Toyotas (and many other new cars) have oil filtering cartriges. They are in filter housings and can be accessed via a spin on cap. (this is not the oil fill cap typically found on the valve cover. Do not fill the engine oil through the oil filter housing.) Removing these can make a large mess, requires the replacement of at LEAST one critical o-ring, and should be done AFTER the oil has been drained. Good luck

I'm almost embarassed to ask this question. I have a 1999 Chrysler 300M and it needs a quart of oil. I can't get the oil cap off - it just spins around freely. No matter how hard I press down on the cap...

well if you have no success taking the cap off and you really need the oil there is another way to put the oil in your car at least until you get th cap fix. thake the dipstick out of the tube and put a funnel in it and ad the oil tha way. at least you have the oil in the car and your not chancing running the engine.
