Well the 2 main things to look at is the catalytic converter is clogged up or muffler or the air cleaner needs replacing or just cleaning with a air gun on a compressor.
You can also check the fuel pump and the in-line fuel filter if the top 2 items are ok. RON

Engine is jumping

Check fuel filter and fuel pump, a clogged filter can cause loss of power during acceleration and a malfunctioning pump can cause the same thing
