Question about 2003 Dodge Sprinter
I would only suspect that the oil is heating up,and a oil cooler may not be enough,a extra cooling fan,and a extra cooler for the oil might help,also thicker oil,if possible.Thicker oil only if the engine can handle it.Some of the newer engines have to have 5w 20,or 5w 30 weight motor oil.Thicker oil would only make it worse if this is the case.But I do suggest a synthetic motor oil,full synthetic.I hope this is helpful,if so,please let us know,thank you.
