Why is my radiator fan staying on constantly until i turn off the car.

Hi Sian, I'm AL the owner of Big As Auto Repair in St Charles Mo

I look forward to helping you.

Sian, your engine is overheating and this is a crucial issue. This problem can damage you engine do not let it run very long until you find out the problem. First: VERY IMPORTANT for your safety, wait until the engine cools completely at least an hour, then take off the radiator cap, if you only have a recovery bottle make sure there is coolant in the radiator or recovery bottle. If there's no coolant top off the coolant and see if it overheats again. If it is full of coolant you can try changing the thermostat and see if that stops the overheating. To answer your question the fan is running all the time because of the overheating issue, its trying to cool down the engine. Hopefully it has not overheated enough to warp the heads or damage the engine. Let me know what you find and for further help click here: Auto Repair

Here is the generic method to purge air from the cooling system, this must be done anytime the system is drained.

o This is the generic method to purge air from the cooling system.
Use a floor jack and raise the front of the car as high as possible, then fill the coolant recovery tank full and run the engine until it reaches the high end of normal zone on gauge, do not overheat the engine, then shut the engine down and run cold water over the radiator core, this will self bleed the system of air and the coolant will be pulled from the recovery tank to fill the void, repeat as necessary, never let the recovery tank run dry or more air will be pulled into the system

I have dell inspiron 1545 bios password and don't know what to do!

I use http://www.unlockbiosrecovery.com/Unlock_Dell_Bios.php to get the bios master password that clears the current bios password. You then have full access to the bios setup. I have use them many times with no problems. I come across a lot of Dell laptops that have their bios password set for no reason. I think there may be a bug in the bios that causes it to set bios password.

Heater on 1995 Chrysler Concorde stopped heating. Replaced water pump and thermostat. Blows semi warm air out of one dash vent and pure cold out of other dash vent. Does anyone know codes to reset?

there are no reset codes, did you bleed the air out of the cooling system? if not do this procedure, if that doeasn't fix it u have a failed air temperasture control blend door motor actuator.
The generic method of bleeding air from the cooling system is to use a floor jack and raise the front of the car as high as poss, then fill the coolant recovery tank full and run the engine until it just starts to overheat, high end of normal zone on gauge, then shut the engine down and run cold water over the radiator core, this will self bleed the system and the coolant will be pulled from the recovery tank, repeat as necessary, never let the recovery tank run dry or more air will be pulled into the cooling systeml ,

It's means - Throttle Pos.Control Malfunction, but my guess is that your problem is elsewhere I'd check all the vacuum lines and rubber connectors around the throttle body near the valve cover, especially if they are the braided hose type.

This was/is quite a common problem.

Good luck,
