Question about 1991 Cadillac DeVille
There is no adjustment, if it's idling too high you most likely have a vacuum leak. Check the vacuum hoses for splits or breaks it could also be the throttle body base gasket. There should also be a idle air control valve which could be defective. But, I'd look and listen for a leak first.
