First, and cheapest, solution is to locate the starter relay and change that. The part should be available for less than $15. If it's sticking, no power will get to the starter and you won't be able to start the car. Also, check your fuse boxes for anything to do with the starter or fuel injection, and make sure the fuses aren't blown.
