Question about 1992 Buick Regal
For this car is has a key with a chip in it. The tiny wires that go to the lock cylinder may be broken and you will need to replace it. If they are broken the car will not even turn the starter over. If you hear the starter turning the motor over and do not have fuel pressure you may need to have the pump and filters replaced since they are 17 years old.

The anti-theft unit can cause the fuel pump not to activate, or no spark.
Put key in ignition, leave in ON position (do NOT start) for EXACTLY 10 minutes. As SOON as the anti-theft light turns off, then IMMEDIATELY start the car.
