Question about 1991 Mazda MX-5
Both guys sound correct... it's either the front or rear drains... and the water is from car washing, rain or condensation. Mine was the rear side channels. :)

I had the same thing. A 30 second job with a match stick or similar to unblock the drain holes in the sill seams have drained out the water and now no sloshing. Not sure how the water got there in the first place though..

Sounds like you rear hood drains are blocked.
