Could be a fuse, but try it all the way on high first. If it works on high only, it's most likely the resistor in the fan control. Hapened to mine a couple of times and Chevy charged me about $150 to fix it.

Heater/ac fan only works on high


Hello, pretty easy fix for this. replace the blower resistor assembly mounted under the passenger side of dash the resistor is held in place with 5.5 mm screws

2005 chevy colorado...2 lighter receptacles in the cab & neither one working. nothing marked on fuse block diagram for the lighter. any ideas? Just bought the tuck & no owners manual. Thanks


GET A GOOD FUSE TESTER, TEST EVERY FUSE, FUSE BOX UNDER THE HOOD & FUSE BOX INSIDE THE VEHICLE. TURN ON IGNITION SWITCH FOR THE FUSE TEST.

heater fan you are talking about. if is just unplug connector & unbolt it pull fan out it has squirrel looking fan sometimes it has e-clip or nut & fan comes off . fan on the pass. side on firewall on the heater -ac box

Squeaking noise on the 2005 chevy colorado only when it is driven


I have a 2005 Colorado that has developed a rattle coming from the middle of the dash board when I reach speeds of 50 mph or greater. I believe it may be an air vent door slaping as air flow through the system. Any thoughts on the source or how to repair it?

I need a schematic of the ignition switch replacement on a 2005 chevy colorado


I have an 05 Chevy Colorado and it won't start , I replaced the fuel filter the air filter and even replaced the fuel pump , then I put on a diagnostics check and it said there is no error code , the truck turns over but still will start it seems to be a fuel problem to me.

Fan for heater not working


did you put power to the fan to see if it is good? did you check the fuse ?did you look at the blower resister?
