The blower moves heat from the heater core into the car. THe heater core is supplied hot fluid from the cooling system on the car. Heater core can become blocked easily and need to be replaced. First check to see that you have the cooling system properly filled, as a low coolant condition can cause the same symptoms.

So you're getting heat but no blower to circulate the heat, right? It's also possible the fuze is blown to the blower motor, the switch that adjusts the speed of the motor could be damaged, or its resistors that limit voltage, to control speed could be "open" (burned up). I would check many of those before replacing the fan..

The heat is controlled by a valve that allows water to circulate through the heater core. If the fan is blowing cold air, check the valve, or blow water back and forth through the heater core to clean it out.

I replaced the heater blower motor resistor twice.

You did not post the year make and model but the excuse about not using the heater on low is pathetic. IT worked when it was new right? So it could be the motor brushes and no you cannot replace just those. You have to replace the whole motor. They are about 100 dollars.

Heater only blow on number 4 and heat coming out

You don't list the vehicle your asking about but in general when the blower motor only works on the high speed the blower resistors have blown. The resistors are what control the fan speed, when they go bad only high will work. The resistors blowing is usually a side effect of a blower motor going bad, pulling too much current. When replacing the resistors it's advisable to replace the blower motor as well so as not to have a repeat problem.

No heat

your blower motor resistor needs to be replaced if you only have one speed its a small inexpensive part runs about 15 dollars easy to replace.

My heater only works when i go above 50 miles an hour, and it only blows one speed, what is wrong?

Having to increase speed to get any heat means that your coolant may be low, as far as only 1 speed, the switch for the heater may not be working properly
