There is no fuel cutoff like fords. You test for voltage at the fuel pump. If you have it then the pump is bad

Fuel pump not working 1991 BRONCO what is the best way to diagnose the problem avoid pulling the tank if possible

Locate the wiring that is closest to the pump and feeding it juice. Then check to make sure that voltage is there. If so, the pump is bad and you have no choice other than to replace it.

No fuel getting to motor so no start. replaced pump fuses and relays all good. there is spark

you will need to check the plug to the pump on top of the tank. check for voltage. then if no volts trace the wires back. also you should check the relay have some one at the relay listening to see if it clicks when you turn the key. no click no volts no volts may be a warn out relay, if it buzzes change it.

2003 gmc savanna, wont start, new fuel pump and ignition cylinder, I turned key to on position, let sit for 15 min and still wont start just turns over

Find fuel test valve in fuel rail on top of engine. Take cap off valve. Turn key on. Push down valve with screw driver. fuel should squirt out. If not check fuse fuel pressure relay and bad wires. If fuel does come out, remove a spark plug from engine. Connect plug wire to plug. Ground plug against engine. Crank over engine and look for spark.

Engine won't start actslikenofueltotheinjectors

On top of engine is the fuel rail going to the injectors. Find screw off cap in line. Remove cap and you will see a valve. Turn ignition key on. Push down valve with a screw driver. fuel should squirt out. If not check fuse and fuel pressure relay. Owners manual will show location. If you do have fuel coming out of valve remove a spark plug. Reconnect spark plug wire to plug. ground plug against engine. Have someone crank over engine and look for spark plug sparking.

Its on the top of the BLACK PLASTIC going to your air filter..IT will be 2 inches by 3 inches with 1 plug and 3-4 screws holding it depending on engine size.....Make sure when you remove it to get the hole cleaned out sometimes the old map sensor breaks the plastic off.

Fuel pump relay and fuse in a 92 topaz

It's located in the trunk on the drivers side. You should see a black and yellow sticker below a hole indicating that the fuel pump shut off switch is here. Even if your sticker has worn off, if it's a 92 topaz it most likely will be there in that hole. Shine a flashlight in it and you should see a black unit with a red button on top. Push the button down until it clicks in place. If the button is already down, your problem is something else.
