I would test the fuel pump pressure with a gauge to see that it is bad first. Then check your fuel/air supplies to see that they are good.

1998 suzuki baleno 1.6 stalling

most cars, with too low fuel in tank will stall.
the pump sucks air in the tank , the pressure drops to zero
and the EFI now injectos , yes, AIR.
cars dont run on AIR. only.
the tank pump is fuel lubricated and fuel cooled.
so you are killing the pump.
and inviting lots of rust to form on the the top of the tank.

these are all facts. now you can deal with full delt hand.

Engine cranks but wont start

Usually if no rpm signal, the vehicle won't start. Engine cranking, did you check for spark at the spark plugs? The fuel pressure you listed may have been the initial prime. It sounds like no injector pulse. The rpm signal comes from crank sensor. If your missing rpm signal, may thought is the crank sensor.
Were there any applicable trouble codes?

Truck died (just like it was the fuel pump). Pump is good, Have gas all the way to the intake. It is firing. Something is not releasing the gas at the intake. My guess is a sensor or the control module....

all of the above are swell answers but ive had this problem in my 96 sierra 2500, have the presure checked at the intake, i had a fuel pump go, then had it replaced.(by gm) and then used the truck for a couple weeks, then sat the truck for 30 days, went to start the truck.... no start. had pressure checked at dealership. boom bad pump, not enough pressure. the unit was replaced again and im a year into this one never failed again.

Fuel pump NOT working ,fuel pump is OK,but no voltage

Check the voltage with someone cranking the engine. The fuel pump relay is incorperated in the FI relay located under right center of dash. It is a metal relay usually bolted to the floor near the ecm. Double check all the fuses inside and out
