Question about 1991 Cadillac DeVille
Time to find another shop. No reputable shop will repair your vehicle and NOT tell you what work was done!!
As for your problem, I can give you maybes: Could be that the battery is going bad or that the charging system is failing or has partially failed. (quick test is with the engine running place a volt meter across the battery..With all accessories on you should show at least 12,9 volts.(with time, volts should not continue to drop) Since you cannot get it to start, you need to make sure there is at least 12v in the battery, and that with the key turned to the start position voltage does not drop below 9,5 volts and returns quickly to 12v when key is off. Check all battery and cable connections to make sure they are clean and secure. Problem may also be with the starter or security system but at this point, I don't think it is.
