If you replaced your battery, you probably lost your audio system code as well. You should put that in first or your navigation system voice will not work. I assume you have the code for your audio system.
After you get your audio system working then you should be able to put the code in for you navigation system as follows:
Enter the four-digit navigation system security code, then select Done. If you have entered it correctly, the display changes to the Disclaimer screen. You have ten chances to enter the correct code. If all ten are incorrect, turn the ignition to OFF, then back to ON (II) to have ten more chances to enter the correct code (I would try this is your unit has turned off and doesn't come back on).
If you have other questions on this, leave a comment and I will investigate further.
Hope this helps you.

Transmission wont shift.last night it would only go 30 mile an one point it shut itself off while driving.

Year , make, and model would help. Not likely the input and output sensors. They don't shut off, but do go to limp mode, 2nd gear. When they quit pulling(shut off) it is most likely an internal problem. Code readers won't read transmission codes. A generic code from the ECM will be p0700.

Im having a problem with my 2005 ford freestyle. I can be riding down the road and it just shuts off.. no wierd noises no warning just shuts off. I dont have any trouble re starting it and now the check...

If you would like some guidance we need to know what the codes were ????? Battery light on charging system (alternator) Problem . The charging system on your vehicle is computer controlled . (smart charging system ) Do you know how to do automotive electrical testing ? Ford Smart Charge System Alternator Not Charging
Your vehicle also has electronic throttle control , the gas pedal is electric - has postion sensors , these sensors input to the PCM - engine computer , in response to these inputs the PCM controls a dc motor on the throttle plate . To check this there are also position sensors at the throttle body. These sensors do wear over time . Having it tested professionally would be your best bet an not guessing as to the problem .

You need to see the dealer for information on the radio code. Also sue O'Reilly auto for improper installation of the new battery.

Lost pwr for takeoff, and gauges all going haywire and overcharging battery

Did the overcharge or voltage regulator problem go away with the new ECM in it? If so the transmission code.. (turbine speed sensor input) code is probably another problem that the Jeep has.. and the ECM will not fix that, but the input speed sensor that it may need is not very expensive.

Trouble code P1621 means: Engine control module engine immobilization input circuit malfunction The Transmission Control Module (TCM) contains various types of memory to gather and share information internally. At shut down, the TCM stores information in memory to prepare for the next ignition cycle. When the TCM cannot communicate internally, DTC P1621 sets. DTC P1621 is a type A DTC.

DTC P1621 will set if the TCM cannot communicate internally for a proper shut down.

The suggested repair is TCM replacement. Remember to program the replacement TCM with the correct software and calibration.
however Ive know loose positive battery cable to toss out that code, so check your connections

Car radio problem

I would try removing either the two fuses for the radio or disconnecting the ground on the battery for a while. When you start the car it should rest from "OFF" to "CDE" and you will be able to enter code again
