Question about 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee
When I turn the radio system on it says Code. I cant get it to work. How can I get the code?
Hi if the raido that came with the car when new make a note of the vin number and take it to your local jeep dealer he can get it for you

call the dealership and give them the number off the back of the radio. and you will prob have to give them your vin number also.

SOURCE: cant get the radio to
the dealers usually trace these codes through the registration number of the car. they also assume that the radio is the original and has not been changed in the last 11 years. you may have to take the radio itself to the dealer so they can check the serial numbers and make sure they have given you the correct code.
they should not charge you for this, if they did not give you the correct code in the first place.
