Question about 2003 Chevrolet Silverado 1500
A code saying that it is running too lean usually means that the either the egr valve is dirty and stuck open or sending exhaust gasses back into the intake manifold where it is reburned, usually finding where yours is and taking it off and cleaning it to get the carbon out of it sometimes get it to work, but you have to get the check engine light cleared afterwords and drive to see if that fixed your problem, if it comes on again the egr valve is probably no good and needs replaced

P0316 crankshaft position sensor, camshaft position sensor, or a wiring issue. Since this code indicates a start up misfire, pay attention to items which may expand or contract when cold (if the code sets when the engine is cold), or hot (if the code sets on a hot restart).
If you have other misfire codes that pertain to individual cylinders, you should attend to them first P1151 has a huge list of things that it can be, But included in that list is the camshaft position sensor , po1131 is the same thing, all building up to your car is running lean , so I'd do the sensor (cam) and check timing,,
