If you have vacuum brakes then you might wnat to check for a vacuum, leak. If no leaks are present then the booter is at fault, and may need to be replaced. If you have hydroboost, you may need to add power steering fluid, if fluid is ok then it could be the power steering pump or the in line valve on the pressure hose.

I had my wheel bearings replaced 2 days ago. After getting the car back, the brake pedal seemed too easy to press. Then the following day, I could hardly press it in at all. It felt as though the brakes...

It sounds like the brake calipers are not releasing properly, no matter what that is a safety concern and you should have the car taken back to whomever worked on the bearings-the way to check it is to jack the car up and turn the wheels by hand (car in neutral) to see if there is a brake drag present. Check brake fluid level as well, making sure the cap is on tightly.

Abs brake light stays on

There is no ABS brake light. Take the vehicle back to whatever service center/garage did the brake work and tell them to fix it.

Anti-lock light comes on.

I had the same problem on my 2000 Blazer usually when I made a slow turn. I had the ABS system disconnected, you don't need it here in NY, problem solved. You won't notice any braking change except on snow and ice you'll get normal braking not the ABS back and forth. It took just a few minutes and the mechanic didn't charge me. The light will stay on but it still passes inspection. Hope this helps.

Air escaping

this noise is a vacuum leak at the power brake vacuum booster due to a tear in the booster vacuum diaphragm, u should have this replaced ASAP, it the leak gets worse the brakes will become very hard to push and will limit your ability to make a safe and timely stop.

Brake light came on

Sounds like you broke a brake line to the rear of the truck. Top off your barke fluid and push the brake pedal several times and look to see where the fluid is dripping from. I am willing to bet the line broke where it goes next to the fuel tank.
