Question about 1992 Ford F150 SuperCab
A few things to check:
These trucks were known to blow fuel pressure regulators which caused them to get so much fuel that they wet the plugs and won't fire.
It could have jumped time (bad timing chain) check with a timing light while cranking
Try disconnecting the SPOUT connector (used for setting the timing) to get the computer out of the equation and see if it starts then.
