The pressure regulator should be fitted ot the fuel rail firewall end and the inlet manifold gasket on the inlet manifold when you take it off ,and the inlet manifold is the one which goes to the air filter pipe and airfilter box.

Check the fuel pressure. It will tell you if the pump, fuel filter, and fuel pressure regulator are all good. Fuel pressure is critical on fuel injected engines.

Check your spark plugs for wear or the wrong gap.

Another possibility is a vacuum or air leak. Check all vacuum hoses and the intake manifold gasket. The GM 3.8L engine is prone to lower intake manifold gasket failures. Sometimes the upper intake gasket, too.

1994 toyota camry le can only get it to run for a split second by using my hand on the intake to choke it manualy

Either there is insufficient fuel reaching the injectors, or there is a vacuum leak around the intake manifold.

Check the big flexible hose between the air cleaner and the throttle body for splits or cracks. If there are none, then suspect a failed fuel pump or fuel pressure regulator. You will need to check fuel pressure at the fuel rail, just after the fuel filter. You can get gauges for this

Just seeing fuel is not enough, it has to be up to the specified pressure with EFI engines, 31-37 psi at idle. It should also maintain this pressure for a few minutes after stopping the engine.

My 1994 toyota camry idles then dies out

I would inspect the large flexible hose, between the air cleaner box and the intake manifold, for a crack or hole.

Also possible is low fuel pressure or a faulty fuel pressure regulator. To check this you need a fuel pressure gauge connected at the fuel delivery rail.

Runs poorly(very Rich, stumbles) when map sensor is plugged in, but runs smoother with it map sensor, EGR, TPS, O2, Fuel Pump, timing is right, good vacuum at map, no vacuum leaks,

If it is fuel injected you may have a bad fuel pressure regulator. The regulator is attached to intake manifold with a vacuum hose and the bladder sometimes fails causing gas to be dumped directly into the intake manifold. Only solution is to replace the fuel pressure regulator.

I have fuel in the oil

Sounds like a top end repair of seals or a piston ring issue, or the intake manifold gaskets are leaking. With the age of the vehicle you may be able to go with the intake gasket first but if its the heads then you have to do it twice, and if its the rings allowing blow by you would have to take the heads off anyway. Just be careful so you get it narrowed down quick and easy check compression to see about blowby and the head may help.

Where is the fuel pressure regulator located at in a 94 bravada

My friend, I suggest you go by your local Auto Parts Store and purchase a Haynes Repair Manual on this vehicle. There are many sensors and electronic controls involved with this engine as I'm sure you already know. Any one of these can memic something that "it is not".
If your problem is the Pressure Regulator, it is located inside the "Tunnel Ram" intake manifold along with the multiport fuel injection system.
Now,,, before I went through the trouble and expense of going into the Intake Manifold, I would run the EMC in Diagnostic Mode and see if there are any codes present.
