When pressing the brake pedal non if my 3 brake

Use a voltmeter and check at the switch that you have voltage before and after the swictch. If you have it before and after switch. Have someone step on the brake and check to see if there is voltage on the wire at the light. I there is then there is a bad or loose ground. If there is no voltage then there is a break in the wire from the swicth to the lights.

Our brake lights keep going out, the Stop LPS Fuse keeps popping. My husband checked wires, nothing looked wrong. He replaced the brake lamp switch and fuse still popped. Now he's checking actual tail...

check to see if someone has installed a tow hitch on the rear, they would have spliced in the wiring in the rear of vehicle, thats where i find alot of corroded wire that were poorly taped.

No more brake lights on my 2000 TJ,is there a fuse for rear brake lights?

Yes, there are 2 actually. One located inside the vehicle and one located under the hood. This could also be the brake switch located on the pedal. Check for a break in the wires on both light units especially if you have been four wheeling.

'00 TJ brake and 4way lights not working

Check the brake switch on the brake pedal for your brake light prob. There are 2 wires on the switch, one is 12 volts and the other gets 12 volts when you step on the brake pedal. You can check tis with a test light.
