SOURCE: Spark plug gap on a 1992 Gmc Sonoma 4.3L V6 FI

Usually somewhere on the engine or in the engine compartment, there is a sticker with the engine specifications. The spark plug gap should be included. If not .032 or an inch should be close.
Good luck

Any one know of any common problems?

I am a GM mechanic at a dealership in Texas. I don't see much in the way of problems with this truck. If it has a 4.3 V6 then you have a good engine. The only real problem is intake gaskets leaking coolant. Keep the radiator flushed, and do the regular maintenance and it will serve you well. Good Luck
