Question about 2006 Honda Accord
All the power goes to the turn switch (multifunction Switch). You will have to disassemble the steering cover and check for the proper voltages while testing. Also before you do any of this try wiggling the lever up and down and back and forth. It may start to work which could indicate the assembly as being bad. This is a common problem. Also you have a signal flasher in or around the fuse box. This also could be bad. They are usually silver in color. If the system was working correctly you would feel the flasher click while blinkers were activated
