Its located on the lower side of the transmission, open the hood and look down towards the Auto and you will see a switch on the side of the trans that the selector shaft goes through which moves it,Its held in place by 2 screws or 10 mm bolts, you may want to try and adjust it slightly to see if that helps or mark its position as it can be moved slightly when you loosen it off to allow for adjustment,or replace it if youre sure that is causing the problem

98 Chrysler Sebring where is the neutral safety switch located

Honestly I work on so many different vehicles and dont know specific location. It is only one of 3 locations. I assume the transmission is automatic so that rules out the nuetral safety switch on the pedal assembly. So that leaves automatic, which can be located on the parking pawl portion of the transmission. It is built into the selector switch that tells you what gear you are in. Or the nuetral start safety switch can be located on the shifter inside the car. Hope this helps.

The clutch start switch in a Camry is normally on the floorboard in front of the clutch pedal lever. It can sometimes be mounted on the clutch lever pivot point.

It is connected into the starter motor circuit, as shown here

How to change ncc switch on durango

I will assume you mean the safety nuetral switch cause thats what it sounds like to me to be the problem. The safety nuetral switch is located on the transmission. Before changing it out find it and make sure it didnt come loose if it did all it needs is to be adjusted and retightend. If after adjusting it and tighting and the same problem persist the go ahead and change it out. Make sure the connection is all the way in also.

Wont start in Park But will start in Nuetral

Neutral safety switch usually threaded into transmission, unless AW-4 model. Same switch used to trip back-up lights. Look for harness with approx 3-4 wires, unplug & unscrew switch from transmission.
