Question about 2000 Saturn SL
System not ready...idle varies from 1000 to about 1800... Wont pass emissions...just says ''system not ready''
I changed the Idle Air control Valve and it lowered the idle speed for about a week, when you remove the old one make sure you don't move the valve spring rod because will need to set the new one to match. I spoke to a mechanic and he told me that it may be the Catalytic Converter causing the issue. I haven't had that checked yet but the (IACV) didn't solve my issue.
