Yes you can.....your local auto parts store has license mounting kits....it's a piece of molded plastic that has all hardware necessary to fasten it to the fiberglass or metal bumper......total install time is less than 15 minutes....HOPE I COULD HELP!!!

The driver's side fuse block is to the left of the steering
wheel, under the instrument panel.
Snap off the cover to reveal the fuses. You'll find a fuse
puller clipped to the inside of the cover. Place the wide
end of the fuse puller over the plastic end of the fuse.
Squeeze the ends over the fuse and pull it out.
The Parking lamps and running lights and license plate lights all run off the same fuse, it is fuse 8c in the above fuse box
