It possibly could be the problem. If the tire is that bad get another one. Simple fix would be to get a used tire and see if it help. A used tire is a lot cheaper thatn a new one. The bent rim could also be adding to the problem.

Although "Rotors" would have been a good guess, the wheel bearings, ball joint and tie rods should all have been checked after the wheels were lifted off the ground. Also the Caliper Bolts and/or Bolt Guides should be checked to see if they are warped. Warpage could also cause shuddering.
Is there any shaking while at highway speeds (without the braking)? Then it could be an alignment issue.
A bald tire in the front is not helping is dangerous and illegal in most states. The small dent in the rim in the back is not safe either. This could lead to a catastrophic tire failure. You can hammer those back a little and make it safer.
Good luck!!

Need to get my hands on a manual for a mazda b2600. Just put a new head gasket in it and the timing is all out.

take the spark plug out of the hole on the engine. the very front plug.
have someone bump the engine for you. take the cap off of the distributor, and when your friend bumps the engine watch the way the rotor is turning. i think its counterclock wise. but anyway, hold your finger over the spark plug hole and have the friend bump -bump- bump the key until the air pressure "Pssst" blows your finger out of the hole. thats the compression stroke of your engine. and right now its set to send a spark to that #1 piston.
SO look at the rotor, and pay attention to what direction the rotor is pointed. and when you put your distributor cap back on, your wire for #1 spark plug has to be pointed at the rotors tip, to get spark. so put cap back on, and then put #1 at the rotor tip, and remember what direction the rotor spins ? now put your spark plug wires on the cap to match the "firing order" The firing order is 1-3-4-2 with the cylinder closest to the front of the vehicle being #1 so if the rotor spins backwards . wherever the rotor tip is now ( since you bumped it to the compresson stroke ) on the #1 cylinder, you know where 1 is. now put #3 piston wire on the next plug, on the distributor then 4 , then 2. tighten everything, put the spark plug back in. and start your truck bro.

My 1996 Toyota Previa shimmeys when it is stopped;when

check the tick over speed if its slow, less than 850 950 rpm in gear that why it shimmeys,, the engine is trying to stall in gear,,,if you need to bring up the tick over speed have some body in the car holding the brakes down for you as it needs to be ajusted with the car in gear,,and running yourself over hurts??? the car should just creep forwards with the engine runing in gear with the brake off,,,tickover speed of 950rpm

Most likely your rotors are worn uneven or warped, you need to have them replaced or machined

Front in shakes bad

Would suggest getting the rotors machined rather than replaced. After the Thickness variation occurs ,then the metal has already taken it's "set" and will stay true longer.
Rotors are cheap now,but go "out of round quickly"

o.k... the first thing you have to remember is never panic... because panic get's people hurt... with me. o.k... second thing... i'm going to bet you wore down the rotors on the car... because once you wear the breaks down enough... you're bound to get the rivits dug into the rotors... which isn't good, you know how the old records use to look like... with the groves in it... that's more or less how rivits do to rotors... but not to worry, now... depending on how bad the rotors look... some can be turned and made like new... other's... well... they'll have to be replaced... and that's o.k... new is good, now... if you bough new breaks one week... and put them on... even though the rotors were slightly groved... that's fine... because when you get the money together... and you change the rotors... the breaks will be groved some... but... the good thing is... the new rotors will wear down the breaks and make them flat again... so you don't have to change the breaks againg until it's time... so we're o.k. rotors are betwee $20 to $65... each... not too bad, once you change the breaks... and the rotors... things shoud be fine as far as the break warning light... as far as the changing gears light... don't know man... maybe it'll be fixed when the breaks are... you know... any way... change the breaks... and the rotors... disconnect the battery for 1 minute to clear out any codes... the reconnect... and you should be fine... o.k. later
