Question about 2000 Hyundai Elantra
No way to tell if no codes are stored. get the codes if you can. It could be a relay issue or a fuel pump or a computer or a crankshat senser.. When you get the car diagnosed it its ok then and no codes are stored they may not be able to fix it and it will cost you the price if the diag..
