Is the car lowered? mine does that too but is has 1.4 inch lowering springs. i readjusted the hight of the lights manually and they work fine now.

Put some honey-like STP oil treatment into the oil. I have done this and relieved ticking from lifters. Unless the oil level is really low, the lifters should adjust themselves. So check oil level. If it is low, add oil. After a drive, the ticking should go away.

the only way to get them out is to remove the unit from the car and disassemble it. if you replace the unit it will go to an exchange company and if you request it they will send your cd's back.
