I had a Denali that did the same thing. I put a fuel pressure gauge on the fuel line test port up at the engine. Turned on the ignition and got a low fuel pump pressure reading. Replaced the pump and pressure went back up to about 62psi. If the relief valve is bad it will probably do the same thing. I've never heard of a relief going bad though. Good luck.

Trying to put a tranny (4L60E) from a 1995 chevy suburban 1/2 ton, 2 wheel drive into a 1993 chevy 1/2 ton 4x4, but the end piece is different and not able to hook up transferr case ?

If the overall length of the tailshafts are the same, If I remember correctly, you can just swap the tailshaft housings. In some cases though, the output shaft needs to be swapped as well. Check with any transmission shop and they can tell you for sure!
