I would replace the sparkplugs and wires first which is more than likely the problem. The only thing left is the injector after that. And i would not think that you would have to take the intake off just to change plugs.Try to get to them from under neath

Check engine light was on with many codes, fixed all problems( all new exhaust, magnaflow cat system, flow master muffler, all o2 sensors were replaced, gave a tune up using MSD wires cap and rotor and e3...

new exhaust is to much for computer to figure out, since its flowing a lot more air , engine management cannot figure out fuel ratio hence the o2 sensor and knock sensor. u will have to install a performance chip or have computer re figured for new settings.

You either have a bad ignition module or a
vacuum leak,intake manifold,PCV Hose,etc
that effects cyl #3

Ohm Checking is for the 1980's

Todays tool is an oscilloscope, you won't
have at home.

Also Smoke the intake and EVAP System
for leaks (EVAP Smoke Machine)

I have fire, gas, and no blown fuses. ive replaced distributor, cap, button, and coil and also replaced fuel pump. Im lost dont know what to do

Did you make sure you put the sparkplug wires back in the right holes?
If so it could be a compression problem. If you have the tool you can check it yourself by removeing the sparkplug one at a time and and put the gage in the empty sparkplug hole. Have some one turn over the motor and see if your compression is right. Do this to all the cylenders to be sure. If you dont have the tool, take it to a mechanic and have it checked. He can tell what it is and what it is suppose to be. Not knowing what engine you have, I can not tell you what compression to look for. If your compression is low, the rings are gone.

Need a picture of location of sparkplugs of 2002 lancer

Don't have a picture but I can tell you. They are located on the back end of the engine, pointing towards the windsheild. Mitsubishi made it hard for us. There are no wires, instead there a coils that are diamond shaped on top. Unscrew the one screw and just pull it straight out. You have to remove the top plastic silencer that is in line of your intake in order to do any of this.
