Question about 2003 Hummer H2
Check for a recall on the instrument cluster.

The problem is a little plastic gear inside the speedometer gauge you would have to take the whole cluster gauges out and send them to a shop and they will rebuild it for you for around $180.00. There is no recall on these this is a normal issue with Hummer H2 and Chevrolet.

i replaced the six stepper motors in the instrument cluster and it was a breeze. the old motors were worn out and the new ones work just fine. you can find them on ebay and they cost about 35 bucks. my motors cam with step by step instructions and all you eill need is a cheap soldering iron.
