Question about 1995 Eagle Talon
I was having the same problem with my 95 Talon and after checking every part on the car it simply turned out to be the battery connection. Once I replaced the terminals and cleaned the battery posts and wired back up nice and tight it stopped doing it. It wouldn't start up after stalling until I messed with the cables and also alternator wasn't keeping correct charge on battery. Your problem could be cam/crank sensor as other suggested but also these.. over heating, alternator going bad, battery going bad, fuel pump going bad, cpu going bad and also your fuel filter is clogged. I even changed my fuel filter trying to fix my car and was filthy, probably original, didn't fix prob but car runs better now. Good luck

Sounds like a cam or crank sensor
