Question about 1988 Chevrolet S-10
If you are gapping your plugs at the specified( by the book) .60- DONT. The truck will run smoother if you gap them at either .32 or .35. I dont know what ******** at GM decided to run these 2.5's at .60, but mine wont even turn over at that gap. Once I dropped the gap to .35 it started right up and ran real smooth.

Have you turied a new ign. module. It is located in the dist, underneath the rotor.
