Question about 2000 Chevrolet Cavalier
Take it to a local shop and they will have to spend about a hour of labor etc. but they will be able to take off the hub. and use a press to remove the stripped broke off lug. then they will be able to press in a new one.
It shouldn't take that long or be that much cost, this is something which does happen at shops quite often and most local repair shops will have the tools and new lugs for resetting.
