If the fuse is good, it sounds like the regulator (motor) have someone actuate the switch while you pull up on the window, it may be stuck.

2000 Toyota Passenger window button not working

I repaired one of these recently, Remove the button assembly. On the back of the button there will be some small holes, spray in a quality switch cleaner or WD40. If that does not cure it you can strip the switch down to the contacts then clean it using a cotton bud. If the switch rattles when you shake it then the contacts have broken inside.

1988 Mazda rx7 window won't raise or lower

Its either the switch or the window regulator. They all 'live' on the passenger side by the way. I have had both replaced on passenger side over the years on my '88 convertible and guess what? Passenger side window decided not to go up today..down yes..up no so I hope its just a switch. She goes into the hospital Monday. Good luck with yours.

Rear windows won't go down

You also have Circuit Breakers for your windows, Or your Master Switch ,You can Test the Driver Control Switch or the rear switches by removing the Switches and using the connector Plug and a Jump wire try jumping accross the wires,if they go up or down you could have a Bad Switch,if nothing moves more than likely your Window Motor is bad. BUT first CHECK your Circuit Breakers ,It could be Labeled as accessery Relay or circuit Breaker.

try going to passenger door window switch and reset it by going down and holding for extra 3to5 seconds after window is down, do same to go up, then try doing it with master switch don forget to hold it longer, this is a reset also used on Scion vehicles, hope it helps.
Good luck
