Your pump's clogged. I don't know what brand it is so that's hard, but....If its a front loader there is a clean out. Pull off the bottom panel (should be three screws on bottom). Either way the pumps clogged or bad, but I'm guessing it's clogged with a sock or something. Wish you would have said the brand name...:(

Sounds like aproblem with the drain pump.
could be a loose or worn belt or the pump could be bad. Giving directions on how to correct is impossable for me not knowing what type of washer you have. On some top loaders if you tilt the washer backwards you can see the pump & belt and check them.
Hope this helps

No power to my lg washer

Hi. We have LGWT1101CW top loader. Like the person previously, the cycle won't spin and drain the water out. I contacted an LG rep and spent 1 hour to find out that we needed to replace the pump motor so my husband installed a brand new one. Cleared out all hoses too. We ran a test cycle, still does the same thing. It starts the spin cycle and appears to trip out after making a "clunk" and then stops with the water still in the tub.

Water continual running piease help

The Water Inlet Valve on your washing machine is used to fill the tub with cold, warm or hot water for the wash and rinse cycles. The valve is operated by electric solenoids that are controlled by the timer or electronic control board and the water level control/water level selector switch or pressure switch. If your washer continues to fill during a cycle, the water inlet valve could be at fault. To verify that the valve is at fault, unplug the washer when the symptom occurs. If the washer continues to fill, then the water inlet valve is defective. If the washer stops filling, then the problem is related to the electrical circuit that controls the valve. The water level switch is a pressure activated switch that is used to determine the correct water level in the tub. This part is normally located behind the control panel and will have a hose or air dome tube that connects it to the tub. On washers that use an electronic control, this switch may be located at the sump area below the tub. As the water fills in the tub it will compress the air in the tube and push against a diaphragm inside the switch. The switch will control the water inlet valve and turn the valve off at the correct water level. If the tube has a leak or is plugged, not enough pressure may be created to activate the switch and the washer may overfill. If the switch is defective it may also cause the machine to overfill.
To determine if the switch is bad, you should first eliminate the air dome hose as a problem. Look for signs of cracks or worn areas on the hose. Remove the hose and submerge in water. Seal one end and blow air into the other end and look for bubbles. Check for an obstruction in the hose as well. If the air dome hose appears to be ok, then the water level pressure switch may be defective. Inspect the switch for signs of a mechanical defect or debris plugging the hole in the inlet nipple. To test the switch contacts for continuity with a multi-meter, you will need to apply the proper amount of air pressure to the air dome tube and then look for the switch to go open circuit at that level. The easiest way to do this is to start the washer and allow it to fill to the normal level and then remove the power cord. Locate the pressure switch and remove the wires from the correct terminals and then perform the continuity test. There should be infinite resistance or an "open circuit" when the water level is correct. If not, then the switch is defectiv

Clothes washer tub spins on wash

sounds like u have a problem with the "brain". The agitator and spin cycle should never run at the same time. therefore it leads me to A: brain issue B:problem in the actual transmission of what cycle should be running. You will continue to smell the burning rubber due to the issue being one of the two explained above. Does it ever NOT spin? If this is the case the likely hood is that it will be a solenoid.

This is the car and truck section, you may want to repost this in the washer section.
It sounds like the drain hose or pump is stopped up.

My washer won't spin the clothes dry

your pump in your washer is malfunctioning. no matter how much it spins if the pump doesn't work it can't remove the water. it will just flow back into the tub once it stops spinning.

Cycle finishes but water is not draining

Sounds like too much water leftover.

Give me a make and model number of the dishwasher.

Check that the drain hose isn't kinked, and that where the drain connects at the garbage disposal at the sink isn't partially clogged. And, is the garbage disposal clean/clear of food stuff's.
I had a similar thing happen to me a few weeks ago, and it turned out the kitchen sink drain line was clogged.

Daughter put "diesel Fuel" into 2003 ford taurus. What's the best way to drain fuel tank?

the easiest way is to lift the car and unhook the fuel filter and cycle the fuel pump to push it out of the tank. you may have to cycle the key quite a few times to get it out but is easier than dropping the tank to empty it. if you crank the starter for a second the pump will run longer each cycle should get a couple gallons per cycle from the fuel line.
