Question about 1992 Ford Explorer

I can't find the reset button my book says I have to push because my explorer was in a fender bender. Looked under the carpet on the right side of the "hump" but couldn't see it. Do you have a schematic I could look at?

It is mounted on the firewall on the right side. You may have to remove the kickplate to see it...but it you are looking under the carpet you are in the wrong place. Enter the right side on the floor, look up and forward towards the firewall and you will see it plain as day.

Let me know if you still can't find it, I have a Ranger pickup that has the same switch, I can take a picture to show you, if you want/need.

Where can I download free fuse panel diagrams?

before checking for fuse, look inside the right-hand side of the trunk, under the carpet, on the fender wall. there is a cut-off emergency switch there. see if it needs to be pushed in to reset the power to the fuel pump.

Where is the fuel reset button on a 1992 ford explorer?

The reset button should be under the carpeting area of the right front passenger side. Pull back the carpet from the firewall area and look around the transmission hump - passenger side. Look for the switch and hold it in for a few seconds.

Is there a relay fuel pump switch for a 1987 ford bronco 2 If we straight wire it to the fuel pump it comes on but when turning on switch fuel pump will not come on.

I just had the same problem, today, check the tan- lt green wire on the fuel relay that is located on the right fender, mine wasn't pushed in all the way, this wire shut down spark and fuel, if you are looking for the shut off switch to reset the relay, it is on the passagers side floor board under the dash, gas two wires, orange and pink, I don't remember the color of the stripes, I removed this switch and wired them together without a problem

Location of heater coil on a 1996 Pontiac Gram Am SE

I just replaced the one in my nieces AM.It has plastic parts on it.It started after she got into a little fender bender. Its located kind of in the middle in front of the shift console. Its not to bad to get to. I went to the auto parts store and looked at the book they had for sale.
Any way I think its your heater core also.

Fuel Cut off Switch on a 2005 Hyundai Accent

One of two places. Look in trunk bolted to fender well, you will have to pull back carpet. OR On passenger side kick panel under dash. Basiclly if you were sitting in pass seat it would be right next your right foot again pull back carpet.
either place the switch will be a push/reset button.

Heat will only defrost, no matter where I put the dial.

In the front of the cherokee, right side under the bumper there is a football shaped plastic canister.
The canister is a resoiver for vacuum that control the heat and defrost doors. Either it is cracked from the fender bender or the body shop didn't connect the vacuum lines.
