Intermittent problem like that is generally caused by a bypassing master cylinder. Replace it before it completely fails.

How do you fix sponge brakes on 2009 Hyundai Accent GLS 1.6 liter?

You've obviously still got air in the lines. If you can't remove it, take it to a shop for a pressure bleed.

S max brake light switch location

That switch should be located at the upper section of the brake peddle arm. If you reach up under the dash, running your hand up the arm the brake peddle is attached to... You will feel a small box with a button. THAT'S IT!!! When you push down on the brake peddle, it pushes that little button on the switch which makes the brakes lights come on. Just for kick though, make sure the brake light fuse is still good, before roll around on your floor board.
Good luck and Happy New Year,
Bill

Breaks go to the floor

Then you have a massive leak somewhere as the brake peddle should not go all the way to the floor without some low break fluid indication. I would check brakes at each wheel as something isn't right or your not seeing it. Have someone pump the pedal and look to see if after the wheel is removed that the brake actually tightens and loosens. Remember that 4 wheels means 4 brakes, but master brake cylinder (where you add brake fluid) could be bad.

How do i bleed the brakes on my 1984 ford mustang never done it before

same as any nother car. take off mastercylinder cap. get a helper set in the drivers seat. apply pressure to the brake peddle. with a box or tube wrench break the fluid *** on the top of the calliper/back of drum loose. foot pressure on peddle should push it to the floor -hold it on the floor! tighten the *** on the caliper/drum tight-ish. not over tight. then let peddle up off floor. pump till you get resistance/tighteness. hold pressure on peddle, loosen *** again and peddle will go to floor again tighten ***, lift up peddle pump for pressure. repeat untill all air is out of line/ or fluid runs out clear. never let the master cylinder get low on fluid. have plenty on hand. repeat for all 4 tires.

Brake peddle goes all the way to the floor. brake peddle will have pressure when the car is off, but when you turn it on brake peddle loses all pressure. how can i tell if its the master cylinder or the...

first make sure there are no brake fluid leaks, sometimes the steel lines get rotted and start leaking. to test the booster with the engine off pump brake pedal about 10 - 12 times on the last pump hold the brake pedal down and start the car if the booster is good the pedal will drop alittle.

that is one of the wosrt ABS system it dose cause a soft peddle but you can sometimes adjust up the rear brakes to help this problem, also find a dirt road and slam on the brakes just enough to cause the ABS pump to kick on it will also give you a better peddle
