CVS value? If you mean PCV (positive crankcase ventilation) valve, it is in a rubber grommet just about in the center of your valve cover. It is attached to a hose that goes back to apparatus closer to the firewall. It is removed by simply working it out of the grommet (pulling upward). If it is good, it should rattle when you shake it. Replacing it is a matter of taking the clamp off that holds it and putting another valve in its place.

If you are referring to something else, leave a comment that identifies the component more fully and I will further investigate.
Hope this is helpful to you.

1999 Honda Accord Clock Burnt Out Light Bulb/Lamp Replacement

The Honda OE part number of the Clock Light Bulb2_bing.gif/Lamp replacement is # 35505-S84-N01. The part cost me $3.25 from a local Honda Dealer. A good site with instructions on how to replace the burnt out bulb is http://automotive.trevorated.com/
This part number may work for most G6 / 6th Generation Honda Accords, though I do know it works for my 1999 Honda Accord 4-speed automatic.

Code P1457 for honda accord 2000

code p1457 is an evap leak code. a honda dealer can run a functions test on the system with the honda daig scan tool. but 90% of the time the probelm is the CVS valve. also known as canister vent shut valve. i've seen this a hundred times. its located under the rear of the car on the drivers side. its bolted to the evap canister with 2 (most likely rusted out) bolts.- hope this helps

Engine stalls at any rate of speed on my honda accord

Could be the Ignition Switch. 1999 Honda Accords are known for having defective ignition switches installed, which Honda issued recall. Check with a Honda dealer to see if your model is part of the recall group & qualifies for replacement. I’m currently on my third ignition switch, this last one I replaced myself.
