Question about 2006 Chevrolet Cobalt
Yup I agree with Mr.emissionwiz. I ran into the same problem a month ago. My remote entry got wet and had to buy one. Fortunately, I found them cheap on Ebay, but had to take the car to the dealership to get it programmed for about $50.

There is no onboard programming procedure for this vehicle. This vehicle requires special equipment be connected to the vehicle to program the keyless remote, see the dealer..
