Most times the fuseable links are near the battery terminal, they look like a normal insulated cable. when blown the fuse wire melts, test with test light or meter.

Yes it can be go to the engine junction box and look at fuseable link 6 this control the fuel pump relay as for no communication test pin 16 of DLC for 12vlts also your battery has a fuseable attatched check those because it is a fuseable link the way you test it is pull slightly if it stretches like a rubberband then its open and will need a replacementcansmo_145.gifcansmo_146.gif

No crangking....no power on dashbord...

You have a open maxi fuse or a fuseable link you will need to start at the battery terminal and look for a open fuseable link, from there inspect the starter for a open fuseable link, the inspect the engine junction fuse box for any open maxi fuses

My 1993 F-350 has a 351 gas engine and now the fuel pumps and coil are not getting fire. Is there any fuse links or relays that would prevent them from working? Any help would be appreciated.

yes the the ignition and fuel pump are usually on the same fuse or circuit, check your fuses, if you can get wiring diagram of the two circuits it may show you if there is afusible link, they are a bit more of a pain to find, in the miles of loom in a vehcile, but they are usually located close to the battery or the fuse panel. most of the time they are grouped together with the other fusible links. Does this truck have the duel tanks before and after the axle, make sure the switch is working corectly too.

Main fuse

I don't believe there is a main fuse.Chevy uses fuseable link wire that come off the starter. They are like fuses, but they are wires that are made to burn if overloaded.Pull lightly on the wires coming off the starter & see if one or more stretch. This indicates a burnt fuseable link. You can buy fuseable link wire at Auto Zone cheap.Good luck,

check the fuseable links they are more than likely melted what a fuseable link is is a smaller diameter of wire in the middle of 2 larger diameter (or gauge) wires the fuseable link does exactly what it sounds like its an intregrated fuse in all ecessence
