I believe the 2000 jeep wangler doesn't have a distributor. It should be coil packs.

Most coil packs are sitting on top of the spark plugs or the spark plug wire is going to a set of coil packs. The computer controls the ignition fire by the coil packs now.

If it doesnt have coil packs and its a v8 engine it would be located on rear of the engine behind the plenum. if its a six cyl it whoud be onthe passenngers side center of the engine block.

Hi my car fail to distribute the power to the distributer its just turn the engine only

Hard to understand the issue here, but if you are saying the engine turns over but the distributor doesn't turn or generate/distribute spark, you may have a broken timing belt or chain. A little more info on exactly what is going on and what type/year of vehicle and engine you are using will help as well.

How you set the timing

Your engine computer will set the timing as you drive your car. The computer has full control of the timing and monitors it constantly, adjusting it as you drive to get the best performance and gas mileage from your engine. If you have an older car.....you need a timing light....a special 90 degree closed end wrench...I think 1/2" or 9/16".....and a helper to tell you when the marks line up using the timing light.....ohh yeah....you spin the distributer left or right to advance or retard the timing. when the marks are in alignment on your fly wheel and the gauge marker under the timing light....turn off the engine....tighten the distributer hold down bolt, (located under the distributer cap), back tight to hold the distributer haft in place.....then your done..good luck and always work and play safe.

The starting circuit doesn't really connect to the distributer and as far as a module goes, it's not really connected to the distributer and has 4 wires going to it not 3. You said 3 wires and distributer in your question so I'm gonna try and help you and hope I am understanding what you are trying to ask. You didn't mention your engine size and the picture looks small but it really doesn't matter if you happen to have the 4.3 liter engine. The wiring is pretty much the same. The wire colors may be the same V-6 or V-8 Engine. Now the distributer does have 3 wires coming from the distributer (pink, pink with a black stripe and a brown with a white stripe). Those are for the cam shaft position sensor which is mounted on the distributer. I am guessing the engine won't start but does turn over and your not getting any spark at the spark plugs (kinda going by your question you wrote. If this is what is happening then yes the ignition control "Module" correct however that is mounted on the right (passenger) side of the engine basically on top of the valve cover. Like I said it has 4 wires going to it and if this is faulty you will not get any spark. In the picture with the engine, where I put the red arrow at is the general location of the module. The other 2 pictures are the wiring diagrams for the entire starting circuit and the wiring for the cam shaft position sensor. If I'm way off of what your question is you can reply here with more details in your question or feel free to email you directly at csautomotivecars@att.net Hope I was able to help a little bit anyway.

THERE ARE JUST TWO.
Power Distribution Centers/FUSE BOXES
1. Front Power Distribution Center
A power distribution center is located in the engine
compartment. This center contains fuses and relay

2. Rear Power Distribution Center
There is also a power distribution center located in the
rear compartment under the spare tire access panel. This
center contains fuses and relays.

Need fuse box info for 1993 ford club wagon

There are two fuse panels, or power distribution boxes. The engine compartment power distribution box is located on the left hand side of the engine compartment above the wheel well, and the central (inside) power distribution box is located under the LH side of the dash, left of the steering column.

Sounds like the clip came off the shaft and it fell inside bock. Get a new distributer and get number one cylinder up on compression stroke and drop distributer in pointing rotor at number one on distributer cap.
