Check the fuse per your owner manual. The injectors always have power if the fuse is ok. The engine computer grounds the injectors when needed to fire the injectors.

Ineed the diagram for toyota tercel 99 fuel injector wires colors for each cilinder

This '99 Tercel is not sold in the U.S., so maybe can't help. car models listed are Avalon, Camry, Celica, and
Nearest to a Tercel would be the Corolla, so here is the wire colors for that: the power wire for all injectors is the same spliced wire- it is a black/white wire. The ground wires for each injector (the wires that go into the ecu for internal grounding which causes the injector to pulse), are as follows: #1 injector is a yellow wire, #2 injector is a white wire, #3 injector is a B-R wire- don't know if that means a brown and red stripe wire, or a black with red stripe.
#4 injector is listed as a B wire- just the single color, I think that would be black, not brown. And so I think #3 would be Black with a red stripe.

there you go, maybe it will help you, maybe not, but you get the picture: all the power wires are the same color, the ground wires will be the different color wires.-

Engin wont start after putting in car it won't fire

Sounds to me like there is a problem with the PCM or the power supply to the injectors. I think it's fairly safe to assume that all four injectors didn't go bad at the same time.
You can hook up a noid light to the injector harness and see if it flashes. If it doesn't, then you have a problem with the injector wiring.
Check for power at the black/red wire of each injector. If you don't have power, then it is most likely a bad Auto Shut Down (ASD) relay.
If you do have power, then you probably have a bad PCM.

1993 ford f150 number 5 and 8 injectors not working jump from 6 to 5 seems to change if the eec relay is bad i shouldnt get power to any injector correct or not

I think you are right if the eec relay was bad you would lose your positive power to all the injectors. have you checked all valves to see if they have positive voltage? the power train control module gives the ground to injectors does 1 and 4 work . check your circuit back to control module. check connectors and harness.

Cpi unit is not working right what should i do

purchase a "noid" fuel injector tester from an auto parts store; it is a small light attached to a fuel injector plug unplug an injector from the wiring harness and plug in the "noid" to the injector harness connector you just removed; start the engine: if the "noid" flashes when you crank the engine you will know that that fuel injector has power to it, then: use the "noid" to check each injector in turn. if the injectors are good test the fuel pressure with a fuel pressure gauge; low pressure suspect a bad fuel filter.

Was running rough at stop signs. Ran fine while accelerating. Problem has changed into loss of power, and a burnig rubber smell. (According to wife)

I've had two Mercury Villagers - I love them, I think they are great cars!

I think the problem your having is a bad injector. You can measure the resistance of each injector, they are suppose to be within a certain tolerance I forget what that is.

The burning rubber smell is because you have raw fuel going into the catalytic converter, this causes the converter to get very hot.

What I've found is that if you use a fuel system cleaner or an injector cleaner - then use only high-grade gas it will usually work as well.

I've also found that you can get re-built injectors for a pretty reasonable price. Installing the front three is not much work, but the rear three are worth paying for someone else to do it. Just google "rebuilt injectors" and you'll find lots of places.

Chevrolet Blazer s-10 1997, has fuel pressure and spark but doesnt start. It starts when you spray injector fluid into throttel body. I was thinking it could have clogged injectors but im not to sure....

use noid lights to see if injectors receiving power. you disconnect injector connector .hook noid light to connector to see if it blinks when you crank engine. if light blinks . you are getting power the injector is not working..if you get no light you have a open in wire. if the light on steady not blinking you got ecm problems .also check injector fuses.

The ground wire from the injector to the pcm is open. The injectors share the same power wire but the pcm grounds each one individually to fire.
