Do NOT! hamer on center of hub you will cause the center where the center hole of the wheel goes on to swell then getting the wheel of will be a challenge. if this has happened you will have to file, or sand the hub where it sticks through the wheel, this must be done evenly all around ,you won't have to take v ery much off,but it will be time consuming, but if this is the problem the wheel should then come off.
I hope this will help you!

IS it the main tire, or the spare tire? Sometimes the tires will become fused to the brake drums or rotors if you live in ares where salt is used on the road. I would suggest that you get a can of WD-40 or something like that, and use it to try to loosen up the rim. Start by removing the lug nuts. With those removed spray a liberal amount of wd-40 around all the studs. If you have holes through the rims that allow you to see the brake drums on the rear or rotors on the front you can spray some there too, just make sure you DON'T get any wd-40 on the shiny part of the rotor. This is where the brake pads engage and if you make that slippery... you won't have any brakes. If in doubt, just put it on the studs. You want this to penetrate behind the rim so concentrate your spray there. You can also hit the rim with a rubber mallet, sometimes this will loosen it enough to let go so you can get it off.

Add 5psi to all 4 tires. For every 7 degrees of cooler temperature, tire pressure will drop 1 psi.

The light for the tire pressure wont turn off and i already tired to reset it and it wont work is the next step changing the tire sensor for all four tires?

how did you try to reset it? if all tires are at the correct pressure (on drivers door, NOT what the tire says) then there may be one that is not reporting. But dont guess, have it checked out, they are not cheap.

My 2008 Cobalt svc tire monitor light came on and it wont go away. there is nothing wrong with the LR tire. but it wont let me see the tire pressure i checked the psi in it and its perfectly fine and hasnt...

Unfortunaltly you can't turn the light off unless the repair is made. It is a safety feature. And yes, the little monitor inside the rim has gone bad or cracked. These are easily replaced by a tire technision, but the cost of the (TPMS)tire moniter is pricey.

Take it to the dealer, you may have a bad gauge in the tire. I had the same problem and they finally fixed it.

Changing flat tire, lugs off, tire wont budge

Wheel is stuck in place, gently tap on inside of rim with hammer or better a rubber mallet. May take some time but should jar it loose.
