The air bag system would not stop the car from starting even after air bags deploy the car will start and run . ther are accearometers in the front sides and middle of the hood and in the computer but not in the rear. So you have a bad coil or a fuel pump out. My guess is the fuel pump. since the 93 Saturn is a moduale body it is possible the accident damagd the wiring harness. Get your insurance to fix it.

Wanted to add that a short could have been caused by the hit in the rear and may cause you to blow a fuse for the ingtion system, however if you are sure your not getting a spark then you need to see if the fuse is blown for the ECU or computer and also ingtion system, one is 7.5 amps and the other is a 10 amp fuse so you may want to check them all. if the fuses are good then you may have a bad firring plate it's called the diode firing plate. to test if yo have a soldering iron with a trigger you can remove a spark plug wire get it close to metal and turn the key switch on then pull the trigger on the soldering iron if the coil sparks you have found your problem. the diode firing plate is gone. If it does not then you need to know if you get fire to the coil and the plate. Good luck.

I want to know if I can fit a Sirion SPORT front bumper on my normal Sirion. The bumper and the care are the same year model, I just want to know if it will fit.

Just do it. They're all basically the same car. You can always trim some plastic to make it fit. If you can get one in the same colour that will help.

Van idles fine but when going the the road giving it gas it acts as if it isn't getting the proper gas ... it back fires....repleaced fuel filter and pump, crank and cam sensior

sounds like the timing is off. check the firing order to be sure your plug wires are on the correct positions on the coil packs. if that checks out, possibly a timing chain may need replaced. i hope this helps

Do you know the firing order and #1 cyl. on the cap for a 1993 chevy lumina apv van 3.1 eng.

The firing order is 1-2-3-4-5-6.
When looking at the front of the van, #1 is on the left towards the rear. #2 is on the left towards the front, #3 is in the middle rear, and so on. The distributor rotates clockwise
If #1 terminal is not marked on the distributor, rotate the engine to the timing mark for TDC. At this place, the rotor will point to either #1 or #4. You can assume it's #1 and wire it up. If you're wrong, the engine will not start as all plugs will fire on the exhaust stroke and no harm will be done either. If that os the case, you know you just have to rotate all the wires 3 places.

Firing order need to know what plug is number 1 and what plug on coil pack is number 1

For the 1993 Chevy Lumina:
I do not know if you have the 2.2L In-Line 4 Cylinder, 3.1L V6, or 3.4L DOHC V6 Engine; however I have included all below.

For the 2.2L (4-Cylinder)
Firing Order:
1-3-4-2
Cylinders:
......(back)
1.....2.....3.....4
......(front)
Ignition Coil Connections:
o <---4
...o <---1
.........
......o <----3
.........o <----2

For the 3.1L V6:
Cylinders:
...(back)
5.............6
3.............4
1.............2
....(front)
Ignition Coil Connections:
.|.1..4.|..|.6..3.|..|.2..5.|

For the 3.4L DOHC V6:
Firing Order:
1-2-3-4-5-6
Cylinders:
.......(back)
1........3.........5
2........4.........6
.......(front)
Ignition Coil Connections:
.|.1..4.|..|.3..6.|..|.2..5.|

Front bumper cover is broken, no lights along bottom.

Under the bumper cover is a fiberglass bumper. It could be broken or your bumper mounts could be bent on that side. It is best to remove the screws (on the side of the wheel well) and 10mm bolts holding the bumper cover, and locate the two frontal bolts in each bracket. There are also some plastic push pin nuts in various spots too. Don't try to get the push pins under the headlights, they will come with when the bumper is removed.
