2004 vw passat w8 won't blow warm air until car is moving

Could try to change temperature sensor (due to MIL light), but it doesn't cause no heat in vehicle. Most likely caused by air-lock in heater hoses at heater core. Try bleeding hoses to eliminate air.

My 2006 chevy impala heat does not work when car is not moving but heat blows good when car is moving. i have a self starter on my car i warm it up from the house when i get in the car it is not warm at...

check the coolant level first! and change the thermostat if need be. sit in car until the temp. guage reads normal temp. if it is normal, and still no good heat. it is possibly the thermostat thats sticking. when changing coolant remember to bleed air from system while putting fluid in. it may also need a good flush. good-luck !! i live here in ny and today the wind chill is 8 below zero.

Not heating up until the vehicle is moving

Check your coolant level. If it is low, there is not enough circulation to the heater core until you drive the car and the water pump pushes more coolant through the system. If the engine isn't warming up, you may have a partially stuck open thermostat.

After car heats up (slow to heat) it stil blows cold until moving

You have a circulation problem, heater core may have restriction that why heat only comes when you drive ,also you may have a thermostat that stuck in the open position. Good Luck

Removal and replacement of oxygen sensor located on catalyser

If done properly the right size ring spanner and oxy/acet will get this part off throwing water at it while hot is not advised. It needs to be heated evenly until it is anice red color, put the ring spanner on it and try to tighten, yes tighten, until it moves.once its moved undo it.Oddly enough tightening a jammed bolt will ,before undoing it ,make it easier to release the threads seal.
