Question about 1991 Mazda 323
This seems simple. Must be a fuse blown.
check in your fuse box below the steering wheel and locate the tail light and wipers fuse if the small wire is broken then its buggered.
Replace with the appropriate rated fuse and re assess.
If still not going then check the bulbs in your tail lights.
All of these maybe on one fuse so if thats gone that explains why they are all out..
