This seems simple. Must be a fuse blown.
check in your fuse box below the steering wheel and locate the tail light and wipers fuse if the small wire is broken then its buggered.
Replace with the appropriate rated fuse and re assess.
If still not going then check the bulbs in your tail lights.
All of these maybe on one fuse so if thats gone that explains why they are all out..
keep me posted.

I have a 95 chevy 2500, and I am having problems with my brake lights. All turn signals and tail lights work but my brake lights only work when truck is off, as soon as I turn truck on no brake lights....

It is possible that you have an earthing problem. Check the voltage across the brake light connections when they are off and when they are on, see if you get a full 12v reading at any time.

Hi I have a 2001 Mazda Tribute, recently the rear lights and dash board lights have stopped working. the front lights are still working. I Have checked all the fuses I can find and all ok. Can you help...

Double check fuses - replace tail light fuse even if it looks good. If that doesn't fix it, then you have bad headlamp switch (headlamp switch also feeds tail & dash lights)

Sounds (i can't know for sure unless i can test it) like a bad relay or a connection is broken. Have you checked underneath the hood in the fuse box in the engine bay?
