I have a 1996 jeep grand cherokee and the power seats stopped working. The drivers seat works when connected straight to a battery so I know the motors and switches are good. The maxi-fuse under the hood...

Yes, there is, or yes, there are.
Usually fuses and circuit breakers for large capacity electrical components are found under the hood, not under the dash. Yours should be under a black plastic cover somewhere under the hood.
It should be labelled.
You might also have some bad wires or wiring harnesses causing this.
God bless your efforts.

I need the actual measurement for the front (driver seat and navigator) seat and passenger/back/rear seat of my 1995 Grand cherokee Laredo so I can made to order new auto leatherseat cover.....

You have the wrong web site for that info

We are at home ,car guys, just offering
some suggestions

Try one of many sites that sells what you want
You won't need measurements
Just buy the seat covers

If you want OEM Leather, your going to need
a local auto upholstry shop and a lot of cash

I have a 1996 Grand Cherokee Laredo 4x4...I need a seat motor for the driver seat..the dealers no longer carry the drivers seat track electric motor assembly...where can I find what I need?

If the dealer no longer carries the part you need you can call some auto parts store and see if the have an after market in stock. You can also call a salvage yard and see if they have one. This would save some money as well. Make sure you get some sort of a warranty with it too.

The heater dosn't work in the drivers seat but works in the passengers seat why?

Sorry to say that there are too many possible causes (I can think of 10 right off the bat) to give any diagnosis. You'll have to get a decent electrical troubleshooter involved unless it's simply a fuze.

I have 2001 town car and the electric seat does not work

Sounds like you have stripped your gears. You may find parts or whole seats from a salvage yard. Some yards will take your year and model and do a search. Some have a network. I've changed seats in many cars, just not a towncar. It is not all that hard, for the most part. Good Luck lbreen

Heated seat 1996 jeep grand cherokee

C1 & C2 in your panel are most likely one of the culprits, if no power at heater at seat. Sounds like testing for power at seat switch is easier to do than get at these circuit breakers in the panel. If you have power at switch at seat, then it's not the fuse/circuit breaker. Good reading at this link for you.
