One on bottom of radiator. It's called a petcock. There is the oil drain pan on bottom of oil pan. The tranny drain plug on side of tranny or sometimes on tranny pan if you have one. There is also one for transfer case between case and tranny, there is one on rear differential on far back.

SOURCE: Coolant drain plug on engine block

there is no drain plug on the engine block unfortunately, however taking the lower radiator hose off will drain almost all the coolant out off the block. then reconnect the lower hose and fill completely with just water and flush solution let sit for a few minutes. then take lower hose off again let it completely drain. reconnect lower hose and fill with 60/40 mix of coolant this will protect to -40 degrees F. when you have it completely full keep cap off radiator and start vehicle turn your heater on hot and the fan to high. top off with coolant and replace cap. there should be no need to bleed system of air. please rate this solution.

SOURCE: Engine block coolant drain plug

Unfortunately g.m. screwed the knock sensor into the drain port on the block. It is on the rear of the engine between the eng. and the trans.. If you are flushing the system out then just remove the thermostat (also under the car on the bottom of the engine) and flush the system out. anticipate the water left in the system by adding aprox. 1/2 gallon of straight coolant concentrate before adding the 50/50 mix. Good luck ,hope I helped

How can I drain Peugeot 407 2.0 diesel coolant?

That is hard to believe, since the bottom hose is the lowest point in the cooling system. There is an engine block drain plug which would let out what coolant is remaining in the engine, but it would be about a liter at most left in the engine. To completely drain the coolant, remove the block drain-there may be a drain plug on both sides of block, so you should check for that.

Theres not, Need to disconect bottom radiator hose and turn over without starting to long. Just taks about 10 sec. Good luck to you. PS. you have a frezze plug on your block but this is not something you twist and remove Is a cap that fits into your engine.

Where is the drain plug for the radiator

Should be a drain **** at the bottom of the radiator that unscrews out. It looks like a wing nut has been welded to a bolt on the end of it. Another way to do this is just pull off the bottom hose.
